* Detailed reports for each of the 12 Key Components, including Performance Scores, Level of Awareness/Agreement percentages and a description of the Areas of Focus for each of the 41 Principal Elements (19 for Organization and 25 for Express).

We help you evaluate the critical areas that are impeding your ability to achieve your strategic intent. Then we help your management team validate these results and establish targeted solutions and project milestones.
